I sent my activation request but I didn't get a response yet. Why didn't I get a response?
Deep-Sky Planner may be activated by e-mail or using an online service. The online service requires an active Internet connection and can be done instantly. Note that older web browsers may have out-of-date security certificates installed in them which may give a warning or error when activating online. In this case, activate by e-mail (or update your browser!)
Activation by e-mail is a manual process on both ends. E-mail is monitored for activation requests daily - most requests are answered in a matter of hours. Please allow sufficient time for a response.
If you haven't received a response within 24 hours, please check your spam filter for an activation message from knightware.biz. This is the main reason that users fail to receive an activation code when using activation by e-mail.
