Sort By

Sort By allows you to select the order in which observations are reported. The sort is performed by ascending value. The Active Sort Options list cannot contain duplicate options.

You must uncheck Ignore to select Active Sort Options. You can add, delete, or re-order Active Sort Options. To add an Available Sort Option to Active Sort Options:

▪drag a sort option from the Available list and drop on the the Active list. The sort option is shown along with the ascending or descending direction icon as appropriate.

▪double click a sort option in the Active list to toggle the sort direction

▪double click a sort option in the Available list; it is added to the end of the Active list

▪select a sort option in the Available list and click the Selected Option > button

To delete an option from Active Sort Options:

▪double click a sort option in the Active list

▪select a sort option in the Active list and click the Selected Option < button

To clear all Active Sort Options, click the All Options << button.

To re-order Active Sort Options, click and drag the option to the desired position in the Active list.
