CSV Format

Save Report To

Save Report To is used to save reports to various formats. Note: Not all Save Report To functions are supported (enabled) for all document types.

▪CSV Format is used to convert a report to a tab-delimited text file that can be viewed with a plain text editor, or imported into most spreadsheet programs.

▪HTML Format is used to convert a report to an HTML file that can be viewed by a web browser or posted directly on the World Wide Web.

▪ICS Format is used to convert a report to an iCalendar (.ics) file that can be imported into most common calendar programs/ services like Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook. See the documentation for your calendar program or service to learn how to import an ICS format file.

▪Text Format is used to convert a report to a simple text file that can be viewed in programs such as Notepad or WordPad. You may want to turn off word wrapping in NotePad, etc, to view the file since report lines can be long.
