Session

Session is used to select observations that were made during selected observing session(s) for the report. You may select observing sessions either by date or by location.

Select Ignore to include observations made during any observing session.

Select By Location to include observations made at a specific location.

The location used in a new document is the Favorite Location as selected using the Location Manager. Note that when an existing document is opened, it retains the same location that was selected when the document was saved. You may select any location by highlighting its name in the drop down list.

If the location you want to use is not in the list, you can modify locations using the Location Manager on the Options menu. If you add, delete, or edit locations while a document is open, the changes will appear in the open document.

Select By Date/Time to include observations made before, on, or after a certain date & time.

You may choose a specific observing session date from the combo box. Note that these dates are the dates on which observing sessions begin. You may include observations made:

during or before the selected session by selecting Before

only during the selected session by selecting On

during or after the selected session by selecting After
