Plan Name is a simple name for the observing plan. This name is different from the name of the plan file (extension .dsplan). The Plan Name may contain up to 50 characters.

Category is a name that is used to organize plan files. You should choose the most appropriate category that describes the content of the plan.

Author/Contributor is the name of the author or contributor of the plan. Author/Contributor may contain up to 50 characters.

Created contains the system date and time when the file was created.
