Size

Size is used to specify the smallest and largest angular sizes of objects, inclusively, to be included in the report. Angular units and largest sizes vary by catalog; a range of values and the appropriate angular unit for a single selected catalog are displayed if available. If multiple catalogs are selected, the angular unit is arcminutes and the largest value among the selected catalogs is displayed. For plan documents, you must select the Unit of Measure,

You must uncheck Ignore to enter values into the Smallest or Largest boxes. If 0 is entered for Smallest, the search result includes all objects smaller than Largest. If 0 is entered for Largest, the search result includes all objects larger than Smallest. For example, if you want to search for all objects larger than 10 arc minutes, you would enter 10 in Smallest and leave 0 in Largest. If 0 is entered for both, or if Ignore is checked, all object sizes are included in the search result. If a size is entered that is too large for the selected catalog(s), it is changed to the maximum size for the selected catalog(s).

If the size for an object is missing in a catalog that has size values, it is left blank in the report. If you specify a range of sizes for the search, by default, all objects with missing size values are excluded. To include these objects in the report, check Include missing sizes.

What about?

The Size tab is disabled for catalogs that do not contain size data.
