Welcome

Welcome to Deep-Sky Planner Mobile Edition, an app that is designed for use with or without Deep-Sky Planner Desktop Edition for Windows. The differences between Desktop and Mobile Editions are listed below.

Help System

The help system is designed as a reference that is organized like the user interface. The left pane of the window contains a list of help topics. It operates as a drawer panel, meaning that it can be collapsed to expose all of a help topic on the screen. Tap the drawer button (3 dots for Android, 3 lines for iOS) beside Contents to collapse and expand the drawer panel. The drawer is expanded when Help is first shown. It is collapsed automatically when you tap a topic, thereby displaying the topic content.

Support

Support information is available in the Deep-Sky Planner Mobile Edition Support web page. Here you will find links to the knowledgebase, video library, YouTube channel, Facebook & groups.io (user discussion forum) pages.

If you have a general question about Deep-Sky Planner Mobile Edition, you can post it on the Dspme user discussion forum or submit it through the Knightware Contact Us page. If you have a technical problem (bug) to report, please enter a support ticket at the Support Center.
